Pancreatic plasma cystadenoma includes plasma microcystic cystadenoma and plasma oligocystic cystadenoma. Pancreatic plasmacytoid cystadenoma is a cystic tumor of the pancreas that can occur anywhere in the pancreas, is more common in females, and can occur in all age groups, but is common in patients around 50 years of age. It can be divided into the following types: 1. Plasmacytoid microcystic cystadenoma (SMA): it is the most common pathological type of plasmacytoid cystadenoma, with a large number of small thin-walled cysts closely arranged around the central scar within the capsule, which is “honeycomb” or “spongy” in section, and the central scar is often accompanied by focal calcification. 2. Plasmacytoid oligocystic cystadenoma (SOA): composed of a small number of large sacs, less common than SMA, mainly seen in the head of the pancreas, easy to diagnose with pancreatic pseudocysts, pancreatic mucinous cystadenoma. If pancreatic plasmacytoid cystadenoma is found, patients should consult the doctor in time, complete the relevant examinations, make a clear diagnosis, and then adopt corresponding treatment plan.
