Do a good prenatal and postnatal maternal and child health care

  To have a healthy baby, the mother and father-to-be must know the following scientific knowledge 1, before birth: (1) pregnant women should actively conduct early prenatal checkups to prevent congenital diseases in the fetus; (2) should quit bad habits, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and not abusing drugs such as anesthetics and sedatives; (3) prevent viral infections such as influenza and rubella, and do not come into contact with cats and dogs; (4) avoid contact with radiation (4) avoid contact with harmful and toxic substances such as radiation and frequent ultrasound examinations; (5) do a good job of perinatal health care.  2. At birth, i.e. during delivery. Fetal asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage caused by childbirth is an important cause of pediatric cerebral palsy. Premature birth and obstructed labor should be prevented. Medical personnel should carefully and meticulously handle all aspects of delivery and do all the treatments for difficult fetuses. Children with fetal asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage should be reviewed regularly, and never think “it’s okay, it’s fine”.  3, one month after birth to strengthen care, reasonable feeding, treatment of jaundice, prevention of intracranial infection, traumatic brain injury, etc.  4, high-risk pregnant women should do prenatal examination as soon as possible: (1) older pregnant women (over 35 years old) or men over 50 years old; (2) consanguineous marriage; (3) history of unexplained miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth and neonatal death; (4) mother’s mental retardation or both close relatives have a history of epilepsy, cerebral palsy and other genetic diseases. If the fetus is found to be significantly abnormal in early pregnancy, the pregnancy should be terminated as soon as possible.  Do a good job of prenatal, natal, postnatal pregnancy and child health care to keep children away from cerebral palsy.
