What is the fastest way to replenish qi and blood

There is no such thing as the fastest way to replenish qi and blood. You can take Chinese herbal medicines, such as Bazhen Pill, Shiquan Dazhuang Pill, and Compound Colla Corii Asini, to replenish qi and blood. However, Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines need to be used under the guidance of a Chinese medicine practitioner and should not be taken blindly by individuals.
1. Ba Zhen Pill, composed of Codonopsis, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Angelica Sinensis and so on. It has the effect of tonifying qi and benefiting blood.
