HPV 9-valent vaccine age

The HPV 9-valent vaccine is suitable for women aged 16-26. It is relatively safe to receive the HPV 9-valent vaccine at this age, as most women have not had sex and have not been infected with HPV, but it is not true that women over the age of 26 cannot receive the 9-valent vaccine; they can also receive the HPV 9-valent vaccine if they have never had sex or have never been infected with the HPV virus. The HPV9 vaccine is designed to prevent cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus infection. It targets nine subtypes of the virus: HPV6, HPV11, HPV16, HPV18, HPV31, HPV33, HPV45, HPV52, and HPV58. The nine-valent vaccine can prevent about 90% of cervical cancers. The HPV 9-valent vaccine is administered according to the 0, 2 and 6 month immunization schedule and is required to be completed within one year.
