Clinically, the common complications after gastric cancer surgery are as follows: 1. Postoperative bleeding, usually within 24 hours after surgery, dark red bloody fluid will be drained from the abdominal drainage tube or from the gastric tube, if bleeding does not stop, hemostatic drugs can be given appropriately for observation. If there is still bleeding for more than 4 hours, surgical hemostasis is required.2. Impaired gastric emptying, in about 1 week, patients will have abdominal fullness and discomfort, nausea and vomiting after eating.3. Duodenal stump rupture, most of which occurs on the 3rd postoperative day, patients will have acute epigastric pain and pain on pressure, requiring reoperation for treatment.
