Striated blood flow signals seen in larger masses are indicative of a richer blood supply around the mass. The blood flow signal is the rate of blood flow in a tissue, organ or mass detected by ultrasound. Striated blood flow signals are classified as grade 3 blood flow signals, indicating a rich blood supply to the mass or tissue. Striated blood flow signals only indicate a rich local blood supply, but cannot identify the nature of the disease. It is necessary to take into account the size of the mass, whether the boundaries are clear, whether there is infiltrative growth, whether there is hypoechoic blood circulation, and whether the surrounding tissues are subjected to pressure to carry out a comprehensive judgment of malignant lesions. If necessary, it is recommended to go to the hospital to do enhanced CT examination for differential diagnosis, but also can be carried out puncture tissue biopsy, to understand the nature of the pathology, and actively cooperate with the attending physician to carry out diagnosis and treatment.
