Self-protective capacity of the spastic response

According to the survey, we found that most of the cases of cerebral palsy patients belong to spastic cerebral palsy. According to a sample survey, spastic cerebral palsy accounts for nearly 70% of all cerebral palsy cases. One of the main symptoms of spastic cerebral palsy is the spasticity of the limbs or other parts of the body. What is often done in medicine is also to contact the spastic response of the patient’s whole body so as to restore the patient’s limb movement. So have we ever wondered why a spastic cerebral palsy patient would have a spastic response? If we can control the body of cerebral palsy patients from producing spastic reactions, then wouldn’t the treatment be greatly easier? In fact, the spastic response of cerebral palsy patients is actually a protective measure for cerebral palsy patients. For example, when a person is extremely cold, he or she will have body tremors. The tremors of the limbs drive the internal muscle cells of the body to move, thus generating heat, which is the instinctive protective response of the human body. The spasticity of cerebral palsy patients is also a self-protective measure. So what is the purpose of this protective measure? In fact, the spastic response is mainly due to the brain being stimulated or missing something, then he will send a signal to the outside world, and this signal will be expressed through our external limbs so that the brain can let you know what is missing or what is wrong with your body. This is how spasticity arises in people with cerebral palsy. Because a person with cerebral palsy is originally caused by lack of oxygen to the brain, asphyxia, or damage to parts of the brain, he or she will use a spastic response to indicate that it is abnormal. So since this spasticity is said to be a self-protective ability of the body itself, why do we medically need to release the spasticity response to treat cerebral palsy? It is just like when a person’s body is cold it produces shivering symptoms and to get rid of the cold we need to roast a fire to make the shivering stop. It is the same with cerebral palsy. When a person with cerebral palsy is in a state of illness, then the brain sends signals that cause the body to produce spasms. However, if the brain is to be treated, the spasticity must be removed like a fire, and then the person with cerebral palsy can be treated surgically or in other ways. This is the reason why people with spastic cerebral palsy usually have spasticity and the reason why the spasticity must be released first when treating spastic cerebral palsy, so that spasticity is actually a kind of the person’s body’s own protective ability. It is best for parents to face the situation correctly when their child has cerebral palsy and to actively treat it.
