Preparation for puncture, mainly disinfection of the skin surface corresponding to the puncture site, after disinfection, use of anesthetic skin and deep tissue for local infiltration anesthesia. 3. Local tissue puncture and biopsy, under the guidance of ultrasound or CT equipment, use the puncture needle to penetrate into the abnormal tissue site, and obtain part of the abnormal tissue to send to pathology biopsy. 4. Local bandage, appropriate bandage is applied to the local skin of the puncture area.
