What is the standardized value of the transaminase ratio

The normal term for the aminotransferase ratio should be the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase, which has a standardized value of 1.15.
The ALT and AST standard ranges vary using different assays. The endpoint method has an ALT standard range of 5 to 25 kammon units and an AST standard range of 8 to 28 kammon units; the rate method (37°C) has an ALT standard range of 5 to 40 U/L and an AST standard range of 8 to 40 U/L. Therefore the Deritis ratio (AST/ALT), the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase, has a standard value of 1.15.
If the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase is abnormal, please go to the hospital immediately, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease under the guidance of the physician and standardize the treatment.
