How to treat breast cancer scientifically in Chinese medicine

According to Chinese medicine, the development of breast cancer is based on the deficiency of vital energy and the deterioration of internal organs, and the external evil and the internal pathological products such as phlegm, dampness and blood stasis fight with each other, resulting in qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm coagulation and toxicity in the breast complex. Therefore, the development of this disease is a process of deficiency causing actuality, deficiency due to actuality, and mixed deficiency and actuality. Due to the differences in the nature of external evil and the pathological products of the disease, there are different manifestations of the symptoms. Clinical treatment should be based on the general principle of combining the support of the positive with the elimination of the evil. In the early stage, it is recommended that the main treatment is to eliminate the evil and the support of the righteous; in the middle stage, it is recommended that the support of the righteous and the elimination of the evil should be balanced at the same time; in the late stage, it is recommended that the support of the righteous should be the main treatment and the elimination of the evil should be supplemented, emphasizing the support of the righteous without leaving the evil, the elimination of the evil without harming the righteous, and the combination of attack and supplementation. A large number of clinical and experimental studies have shown that the application of Chinese medicine to treat breast cancer patients with evidence-based treatment can adjust the functions of yin and yang, qi and blood, internal organs and meridians, improve the metabolism of body substances, enhance the immune function and resistance to disease, reduce the toxic side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and increase the rate of surgical resection and completion of radiotherapy.
