Tongkou Rhinitis Tablet is mainly composed of fried Cang Er Zi, Fang Feng, Astragalus, Angelica Dahurica, Xin Yi, fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae, and Mentha piperita. It has the efficacy of dispersing wind and consolidating the surface, promoting the lung and opening the orifices. It is often used in the treatment of nasal congestion caused by wind-heat embedded in the lungs, deficiency of the surface (weakness of the muscular surface leading to abnormal sweating out), sometimes light and sometimes heavy, nasal discharge of clear or turbid mucus, frontal headache and other symptoms.
