Bone growths and bone spurs compressing the nerves, once diagnosed, early surgical treatment is recommended, because conservative treatment cannot relieve nerve compression or make bone spurs disappear. This includes the removal of bone spurs and osteophytes to relieve the nerve compression, as well as the displacement of the nerve to protect it from subsequent compression, which is determined by the condition. Conservative treatment is generally not recommended for this condition. In some patients, massage or corresponding kneading treatment may aggravate the nerve damage, and the nerve is subjected to localized compression for a long period of time, which may produce irreversible damage over time. It is also possible that due to incorrect treatment, localized vigorous pressure will cause irreversible damage to the nerve, resulting in nerve damage caused by the sequelae, so bone spurs, osteophytes compression of the nerve, once diagnosed as early as possible for surgical treatment.
