What to do if you can’t get the stinger out of a bee sting

Bee stings with venomous stings that cannot be extracted can be squeezed out using a card, if this still fails, it is recommended that you seek medical attention and help from a doctor.
Usually bee stings will leave a stinger in the wound, it is recommended to use a card such as a bank card to scrape out the stinger because it prevents the residual venom in the stinger from squeezing into the wound. You can also pinch the stinger with your hand or tweezers, taking care not to touch the venom sac on the stinger, which could push the residual venom into the wound, and not to break the stinger.
Some of the spines are small and not easy to remove, so you can put transparent adhesive tape on the affected area and then tear it off, in order to bring out the poisonous spines.
After extraction, the wound can be rinsed with alkaline liquid such as soapy water or sodium bicarbonate solution. The affected area of the skin can then be treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment as prescribed by the doctor, and with Jidusheng snake tablets.
After being stung by a bee, most people have a mild reaction. However, a small number of allergic people are prone to angioneurotic edema, which is manifested as limb edema or even laryngeal edema, triggering respiratory difficulties or even upper respiratory tract obstruction, and some of them also suffer from anaphylactic shock. If such a situation occurs, urgent medical attention should be sought.
