What are the symptoms of Helicobacter pylori infection

Most people infected with Helicobacter pylori do not have obvious symptoms, some people may experience epigastric discomfort, acid reflux, belching and other symptoms due to infection accompanied by gastritis, gastric ulcer and other diseases.
1. Epigastric discomfort symptoms: manifested as abdominal fullness (especially after meals), abdominal pain (usually burning pain or dull pain) and other symptoms. If accompanied by gastric ulcer patients usually pain after meals, if accompanied by duodenal ulcer patients usually night or fasting pain is obvious.
2. Acid reflux: patients often feel that there is acid in the mouth or food in the stomach rushes into the mouth or throat.
3. Belching: i.e. burping, patients may feel gas coming out of the stomach or esophagus intermittently after meals.
