In early stage of cervical cancer, if it is carcinoma in situ, it will not be shown on ultrasound, but in late stage of cervical cancer, it will be shown on ultrasound, and there may be hypertrophy of cervix, enlargement of cervical canal and other phenomena. In the examination of cervical cancer, ultrasound is not needed, but usually it is carried out under colposcopy. If abnormal hyperplasia is found in colposcopy, tissue biopsy can be carried out, and the diagnostic rate of biopsy for cervical cancer is relatively high. Early stage of cervical cancer is not shown by ultrasound, but if there is enlargement of cervix and cervical canal, it may be advanced stage of cervical cancer, which is more serious and shown by ultrasound. After early detection of cervical cancer, relevant examination should be perfected and timely treatment should be carried out to avoid delaying the condition.
