How Skin Type is Determined

Skin types are mainly determined by the outward appearance of the skin and the symptoms it is prone to. Skin types mainly include dry skin, oily skin, normal skin, sensitive skin and scarred skin.
1. Dry Skin: Dry skin has low sebum secretion, poor skin locking function and low moisture content. The main manifestation is that the skin is easy to dry and flake. It is aggravated in fall and winter, and is prone to dry eczema.
2. Oily skin: oily skin sebum secretion is higher than the normal level, and the skin surface has a shine. Increased sebum secretion in spring and summer makes it prone to seborrheic dermatitis and acne.
3. Neutral skin is healthy skin with moderate sebum secretion and is not prone to skin diseases.
4. Sensitive skin: Sensitive skin is prone to allergies and more allergens, prone to hives, eczema and other allergic skin inflammation.
5. Keloid skin: Keloid skin is related to heredity, after the skin is traumatized or burned, the skin is prone to appear and the shape of the wound is consistent with the bulging scar, and even beyond the original range, and continue to not subside.
