What does a small amount of chronic inflammation in the right lung mean?

A small amount of chronic inflammation in the right lung refers to old lesions in the right lung under chest CT or X-ray, which are considered to be left over from previous infections in the right lung after treatment or autoimmune self-healing, mostly manifesting as relatively faint high-density shadow, patchy shadow. If the patient does not have symptoms of cough, sputum or fever, it can be treated without medication and regular review of chest CT can be done to improve one’s immune system to avoid recurrence. Chronic little inflammation of the right lung is usually fixed in the right lung and will not metastasize or become malignant.
