The patient’s stomach is distended and constipated, and this condition is firstly considered to be functional, directly related to the peristaltic dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract and the dysbiosis of the intestinal flora. It is recommended that the patient should drink more water, eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less spicy, fried and other stimulating foods, and develop the habit of getting up every morning to defecate. If the above dietary and behavioral modifications are not effective, the patient can be treated with drugs such as lactulose oral solution or phenolphthalein tablets. If the above-mentioned adjustments are not effective, the possibility of polyps or tumors in the colon should be considered, and the patient needs to go to the gastroenterology department for e-colonoscopy as soon as possible. If it is a polyp in the colon, electrocoagulation and electrosurgery of the polyp should be performed under e-colonoscopy. If it is a tumor of the colon, it is necessary to determine whether to perform surgery as soon as possible, and the latter needs to be performed in surgery.
