How to prevent and treat influenza A

Influenza A is also known as influenza A H1N1 (formerly known as human swine flu). China’s Ministry of Health will be explicitly included in the management of infectious diseases under the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Control Act, and take the prevention and control measures for infectious diseases of category A. Influenza A H1N1 is not terrible – can be prevented and controlled can be cured: 1, the transmission route: mainly infected people cough and sneeze as the medium, in a crowded environment more prone to infection, trace amounts of virus can remain on the desktop, telephone or other planes, and then through the fingers and eyes, nose, mouth contact to spread. Therefore try not to physical contact, etc. If you touch objects with the influenza A (H1N1) virus and then touch your nose and mouth, you can also be infected. It is possible for an infected person to infect others before symptoms appear, and the infection usually develops after a week, or more than a week. Children’s infectiousness will be longer. 2, clinical symptoms: the incubation period of the disease is longer than the incubation period of influenza and avian flu, which lasts seven days. Early symptoms are similar to those of ordinary influenza, including fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, etc. Some people may also experience diarrhea or vomiting, muscle aches or fatigue, and red eyes. In some patients, the disease may progress rapidly, with severe onset, sudden high fever, temperature over 38°C, and even secondary severe pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary hemorrhage, pleural effusion, systemic hematocrit, renal failure, sepsis, shock and Reye’s syndrome, respiratory failure, and multi-organ damage, leading to death. The patient’s original underlying disease can also be aggravated. 3, prevention and treatment: maintain good hygiene habits (hand washing, wearing a mask, ventilation, strengthening the body’s immunity); vaccination; if the onset of the disease promptly seek medical attention (a combination of Chinese and Western medicine) and isolation as soon as possible; if there are underlying diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, diabetes is best to use drugs under the guidance of a physician.
