What’s wrong with always shaking in your sleep

The causes of always shaking in sleep include environmental factors, electrolyte disorders, and seizures.

1. Environmental factors. If the temperature of the surrounding environment where the patient sleeps is too low, due to the body being cooled, it can be manifested as a shivering symptom.

2. Electrolyte disorders. When hypocalcemia occurs, the patient will also have the symptom of involuntary limb shaking while sleeping.

3. Seizures. This disease is caused by highly synchronized abnormal discharges of neurons in the brain. During the onset of the symptoms of involuntary twitching of the limbs, the patient will show that sleep is always shaky.

If you have frequent symptoms of shaking in your sleep, you should go to the neurology clinic in the hospital, complete the auxiliary examination under the guidance of the doctor, and treat the disease after clarifying the cause.
