The common causes of patients’ soft feet include cervical spinal stenosis, cervical spondylosis, and brain diseases, as follows: First, cervical spinal stenosis, cervical spondylosis: severe cervical spinal stenosis and cervical spondylosis can lead to cervical spinal cord injury, cervical spinal cord conduction dysfunction, and patients will experience soft feet symptoms, even a sense of stepping on cotton, and falls can easily occur. The MRI can confirm the diagnosis of the lesion site and the extent of the lesion, and early surgery can achieve a better treatment effect. Second, brain diseases, such as severe cerebral ischemia, patients will have dizziness and foot weakness symptoms, accompanied by headache, nausea, and even vomiting. Through CT scan or MRI, severe ischemic lesions in brain tissue can be detected, and early improvement of brain blood supply and nerve nutrition can promote the recovery of function.
