Difference between brain tumor headache and common headache

Brain tumor headache is the most common symptom of brain tumor. The cause of pain is that the brain tumor directly stimulates the dural nerve or causes occupying effect, which leads to increased intracranial pressure and pulls the dural nerve thus causing pain. Brain tumor headache is progressive, obvious when waking up in the morning, aggravated by bending over, bowing down, coughing, sneezing, holding breath, and when the headache is severe, it will lead to nausea, vomiting, optic nerve papillae edema, blurred vision and other symptoms. Ordinary headache is caused by nerve dysfunction, headache is formed when you are tired, stay up late, emotional excitement, tension. Headache will not be progressively aggravated, can be improved or even disappear when resting or sleeping, and will not cause nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. Cranial CT or magnetic resonance examination can clarify whether there are tumors and other space-occupying lesions in the cranium, so as to distinguish between tumor headache and common headache.
