What happens if you don’t clean your uterus?

Women who have no requirement to have children after pregnancy, when menopause exceeds three months, need to consider induction of labor to terminate the pregnancy by first taking mifepristone and misoprostol to expel the fetus and placenta and then perform the operation of uterine clearance. Due to the large size of the uterine cavity and the large amount of residual tissue in the uterine cavity, incomplete clearance may occur during the clearance operation. Incomplete removal of the uterus can lead to poor recovery of the uterus contraction, causing prolonged uncleaning of the malignant fluid, pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen, heavy bleeding, and even coagulation disorders. In case of incomplete evacuation, a second evacuation under ultrasound guidance is required.
