Right lobe thyroid nodule can be treated by regular review, medication and surgery. 1. Regular review: for asymptomatic benign right lobe thyroid nodules with small nodules and normal thyroid function, no special treatment is needed, and regular review of thyroid ultrasound is sufficient. 2. Medication: It is suitable for patients with right lobe thyroid nodules accompanied by thyroid function abnormalities; when combined with hypothyroidism, patients should take levothyroxine sodium tablets as prescribed by the doctor, and when combined with hyperthyroidism, patients can take antithyroid medications, such as methimazole, propoxypyrine, and so on. 3. Surgery: For patients with thyroid cancer, surgery should be performed to remove the diseased tissue or the whole thyroid gland, and combined with radiotherapy if necessary. Patients diagnosed with right lobe nodule of thyroid should go to the hospital and ask the doctor to make a comprehensive judgment on their own situation and give them a treatment plan.
