How to improve snoring

Depending on the cause, snoring can be improved by non-surgical treatments (lifestyle changes, medication, use of a ventilator) and surgical treatments.
For non-disease-induced snoring, lifestyle changes such as adjusting the sleeping position to the right side of the bed, limiting smoking and alcohol, appropriate exercise, and caution in the use of sedative and sleeping drugs can be used. Normally, the diet is light, avoid spicy and stimulating food, appropriate exercise, early to bed and early to rise, avoid overwork.
For nasopharyngeal anatomical narrowing and small pharyngeal cavity caused by rhinitis and other upper respiratory tract diseases, upper airway obstruction and airway resistance can be solved through surgical treatment. Commonly used surgeries include nasal polyp removal, nasal septum correction, turbinate submucosal resection, tonsil surgery, palatopharyngoplasty and so on.
When the symptoms of snoring appear, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals for consultation and treatment under the guidance of specialists, do not delay the condition and take treatment on your own without authorization.
