Ordinary hospitals can not fully diagnose AIDS, if HIV antigen, antibody test results are positive, the blood specimen needs to be sent to the CDC or diagnostic qualification of infectious disease hospitals to further confirm the diagnosis, through the CDC’s examination and the clinician’s examination, a comprehensive judgment of whether the patient has HIV infection.
