Is “acupuncture point therapy” reliable?

Point therapy is a treatment method in which the practitioner uses the power of the mind to stimulate the patient with different techniques such as pointing, pressing, tapping, tapping and vibrating at appropriate points or specific stimulation lines on the patient’s body surface to promote the smooth flow of qi and blood in the body through the action of meridians, so that the impaired functional activities can be restored and thus achieve the treatment of diseases. This method is called “acupuncture point therapy” or “pointer therapy” because it mainly involves pointing and pressing with the fingers on human acupuncture points. Finger point therapy, instead of needles, comes from folk practice and evolves from the principles of martial arts pointing, i.e., the evolution of martial arts pointing as an offensive or defensive technique into a treatment method acceptable to the body. Point therapy is an ancient and emerging treatment method that uses fingers instead of needles, without the toxic side effects of medicine and stones, and without the pain of needling. It has a wide range of indications, reliable efficacy, safe administration, simplicity and ease of use, especially for certain difficult diseases, and is therefore increasingly valued.
