Abstract: Professor Liu has rich clinical experience in treating various breast diseases, with unique ideas and remarkable efficacy. This article discusses the treatment of patients with breast fetish, breast rock and breast scrofula by “regulating punch and hair”, and lists one medical case each for supporting evidence. Prof. Liu Sheng is the chief physician and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Chinese Medicine and Surgery of Longhua Hospital, and is mainly engaged in clinical and scientific research on the prevention and treatment of breast diseases in Chinese medicine. In Chinese medicine, the physiology and pathology of the breasts are directly regulated by the surplus and deficit of the two meridians. The Fourteen Sutra Play” cloud: “Chong Ren is the essence of women’s birth and nourishment”, Chong is the sea of blood, Ren is the main twins, the two veins together in the cell, regulating menstruation, expecting to nourish the twins. At the same time, the Qi of the Ren Vessel is distributed upward in the Tanzhong, and the Qi of the Chong Vessel is dispersed upward in the chest, which is responsible for the development, growth and decay of the breasts. Liver qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and phlegm condensation can cause the Qi and blood of the two channels to become unregulated and eventually lead to breast disease due to Qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm condensation in the breast. Therefore, the etiology of breast disease focuses on the imbalance of Chong Ren, and the imbalance of Chong Ren is the main causative factor of breast disease. The General Record of Shengji also says: “A woman is based on the ramifications, if she loses control, the ramifications are not in harmony, or if the wind and evil visit her, then the gas will not disperse, and the knots will gather between the breasts, either hard or swollen, with painful nuclei.” 2, “Punch and Ren disorder” is most closely related to the kidney. Since Ren is the master of twins, and the Cellular Vessel is tied to the kidney, and the Punch and Kidney Vessels travel together, and the kidney is the origin of the innate Heaven, and Tian Kuei originates from the innate Heaven, when the kidney Qi is strong, Tian Kuei is stored and secreted, and the Punch and Ren Vessels are agitated by Tian Kuei and thus become full, and act on the uterus and breast at the same time to make them develop. Therefore, the origin of the Punch and Ren is the Kidney, and the relationship between the Kidney, Tiankui and Punch and Ren constitutes a sexual axis centered on the Kidney, which plays an important role in maintaining the physiological function of women. Yu heard Hong also said, “Although the nodules in the breast are a disease of the liver, the origin is in the kidney. 3, to tonify the kidney Yang mainly “regulating the Chong Ren” Chong Ren two veins for the Qi meridian, Ye Tianshi believes that “Qi meridian of the solid, the ancient use of bitter pungent aromatic to pass the veins, its deficiency must be pungent sweet warm tonic, accompanied by draining the veins, to ensure that the Qi and blood reconciliation, the disease will be cured.” Therefore, according to Liu, focusing on warming the kidney yang and tonifying the essence and blood, while taking into account the liver and qi, activating the blood and removing blood stasis, the combination of the two can achieve the purpose of regulating the flushing and the hair, thus regulating the function of the sexual axis and producing therapeutic effects on various breast diseases. It is further pointed out that “regulating the flushing and the ramifications” contains two meanings, one is to nourish the flushing and the other is to regulate the flushing, which should be done on the basis of nourishing the flushing. Specifically, to nourish the Chong Ren is mainly to nourish the kidney, and to warm the kidney yang is important. The kidney is the root of the innate nature, and the kidney qi is produced in the kidney and stored in the kidney. If you are depressed, your liver will be depressed, your qi will be stagnant and your blood will be stagnant, which will lead to the loss of the two channels of Qi and Ren, so dredging the liver and Qi can regulate the Qi and Ren. The qi and blood are full and fluent, so that the flushing can be self-regulated. The clinical use of drugs often choose Xianmao, Epimedium, Herba Cistanches, Baji meat, deer horn tablets, etc. to warm the kidney yang, regulate the essence of blood; fragrant herb, Yujin, Yanhuzo, August Zha, etc. to dredge the liver and regulate qi, party ginseng, Atractylodes, Poria, etc. to strengthen the spleen, Sanleng, Curcuma, peach kernel, Danshen, etc. to invigorate blood, the combination of drugs can make the Chong Ren blood sea full, qi and blood regulation, so as to play the purpose of treatment. 4, the flexible use of “regulating Chong Ren” method Liu Shi pointed out that different breast diseases can be used to regulate Chong Ren method, but the clinical application should be flexible, each focus. For example, for women with breast fetish, warming the kidneys and activating blood, draining the liver and Qi, and tonifying the spleen and phlegm can be effective, while regulating the emotions should be taken into account. Another example is post-operative breast cancer patients, who often suffer from qi and yin depletion due to radiotherapy. Therefore, on the basis of regulating the flushes and the appetites, we should focus on benefiting qi and nourishing yin, and at the same time take into account the dispersal of nodes and detoxification to prevent the recurrence of cancer toxicity. In men, the nipples belong to the liver and the breasts belong to the kidneys. If the kidneys are not full, the liver loses its nourishment, the qi and blood do not function properly, and the breast complexes lose harmony, resulting in breast scrofula. 5. Case examples (1) Breast fetish He, female, 34 years old, was first diagnosed on November 3, 2007, with bilateral premenstrual swelling and pain in the breasts for 2 months, and on physical examination: scattered nodules in the upper and lower quadrants of both breasts, small lumps, medium quality, smooth and active, no enlarged lymph nodes were palpated in both axils. She is irritable, dysmenorrhea, with blood clots, red tongue, thin and greasy moss, thin pulse, ultrasound indicates lobular hyperplasia in both breasts. The evidence belongs to dysregulation of the flushing process, stagnation of Qi and blood stasis. The treatment is to regulate the flushing process, regulate Qi and activate Blood. Prescription: Xian Mao 12g, Xian Ling Spleen 15g, Cistanches 12g, Deer horn piece 12g, made of fragrant herb 9g, Yan Hu Suo 12g, wide Yu Jin 12g, peach kernel 12g, Dan Shen 30g, San Ling 15g, Curcuma longa 30g, seaweed 30g, August Zha 15, lily 30, Zhi Mu 9, decoction in water, 1 dose daily, add and subtract above, adhere to take, stop taking during menstruation, 3 months later the symptoms of double breast swelling and pain disappeared After 3 months, the swelling and pain of both breasts disappeared and the lumps were reduced and softened. (2) Postoperative breast cancer Yu Moumou, female, 46 years old, was first diagnosed on January 12, 2008. The patient underwent modified radical surgery for right breast cancer at the Cancer Hospital on September 15, 2007. 28 times, on triamcinolone acetonide. The patient has dry mouth, fatigue, sleep at night, sweating, dry stool, 1 time/day, little moss, reddish texture, thin pulse. The evidence belongs to postoperative Qi and Yin deficiency and dysregulation of the flushing process, the treatment is to benefit Qi and nourish Yin and regulate the flushing process. Prescription: Astragalus membranaceus 30g, Radix Codonopsis pilosulae 12g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 9g, Poria 12g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15g, Fructus Lycii 15g, Herba Cistanches 12g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 12g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 30g, Rhizoma Polygonatum 30g, Rhizoma Polygonatum 30g, Dendrobium Chuanxiang 15, Radix et Rhizoma Polygonatum 12, Rhizoma Polygonatum 30, Radix et Rhizoma Polygonatum 12, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 9, Radix et Rhizoma Serpentis 30, Radix et Rhizoma Hallucinogenes 30. (3) breast scrofula Zhang, male, 64 years old, October 20, 2007 initial diagnosis, found right breast lump 3 months, examination: right subareolar lump, size of about 3 × 2cm, quality, clear boundary, pushing it can move, light pressure pain, two axillary lymph nodes are not palpable enlarged. Soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, frequent nocturia, light red tongue, thin coating, sunken pulse. The evidence belongs to dysregulation of the flushing and the kidney Qi. The treatment is to regulate the flushing and the kidney, benefit the kidney, resolve phlegm and disperse nodules. Prescription: Xianmao 12g, Xianling Spleen 30g, Bacopa Monniera 12g, Cistanches Cistanches 12g, Deer horn slices 12g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 15, Angelica Sinensis 12, Eucommia Ulmoides 15, Dog’s Backbone 12, Cyperus rotundus 9g, Yanhusuo 12g, Guang Yujin 12g, Sanguine 15g, Curcuma longa 30g, Seaweed 30g, Cigarettes 15g, Oyster 30g, Chuanbei Mu 12, decoction with water, 1 dose daily, plus or minus above. After 3 months, the right breast lump basically dissipated, the waist and knee weakness, frequent night urination also improved significantly.
