A CA125 value of 70 U/ml is not particularly clinically significant. The normal CA125 value is around 35U/ml. A mild elevation of CA125 to 70U/ml may be due to inflammation or pelvic endometriosis causing an elevation of CA125. CA125 alone is not clinically significant, but should be followed up and reviewed regularly. The CA125 may rise by hundreds or thousands.
