Straighten the floss to ensure that the length of the floss between the two fingers is 1~1.5cm, and place the section of floss into the gap between the two teeth. Apply light pressure in the direction of the neighboring surface of one tooth so that the floss wraps around the neighboring surface of the tooth in the shape of a C. Scrape from the bottom upward 4 to 6 times. If repeated, ensure that the adjacent surface of each tooth is cleaned. If the floss has a handle, you can complete the operation by directly holding the floss handle and placing the floss into the gap. Pake note: Do not use too much force in the process of flossing, otherwise it is easy to make the gums scratched. After flossing, use mouthwash or water to clean the food debris in the mouth.
