What’s with the boils on your ass?

Fire boils on the buttocks often occur in people who are obese and have poor lifestyle habits such as being sedentary. Rash manifestations such as small folliculitis papules, pustules and nodules can be scattered or densely distributed on the buttocks, accompanied by a certain degree of pain. In terms of clinical etiology, it is mainly triggered by bacterial infections such as Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, and hemolytic streptococcus. If the rash is more scattered, it can be treated by applying only clindamycin phosphate gel and benzoyl peroxide gel. If the rash is densely distributed, oral cefaclor granules and azithromycin dry suspension are needed. If it is not well controlled, the treatment can be changed to intravenous clindamycin phosphate injection.
