There is no research to suggest that noma causes blinking. Blinking may be due to a foreign body in the eye or it may be a sign of ocular asthenia. If frequent blinking is accompanied by discomfort or pain, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
Noma is a Chinese medical condition commonly found in children, caused by spleen deficiency, nutritional imbalance or improper feeding, resulting in damage to the spleen and stomach, dysfunction, stagnation and inability to pass, with the main symptoms manifesting as emaciation, yellowish hair, depressed spirit, abnormal diet, food but no digestion, irregular bowel movements, abdominal distension and so on.
