Fluconazole tablets for mold for a few days

Fluconazole is usually used in gynecology for the treatment of mycosis fungoides. Patients need to take it for 3-5 days, or for 3 months if the condition is severe. Oral fluconazole alone is less effective in the treatment of mycosis fungoides. Patients can choose to use vaginal plugs such as dacrynic acid or terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets along with oral fluconazole, which should be given once a day at night for 1 week and reviewed after 3 days of discontinuation. Common GI adverse reactions to oral fluconazole tablets include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhea, etc. Some patients may also experience dizziness, headache or allergic reactions. In addition, during the treatment period, patients should ensure sufficient sleep, maintain good hygiene habits, eat a light diet, mainly high protein and low fat, and eat more fruits and vegetables; at the same time, sexual intercourse is prohibited to prevent infectious partners, and both spouses should be treated with drugs at the same time to avoid re-infection after sex.
