Shoulder joint rehabilitation training methods

First, standing position. Bending and flexing 90 degrees, the affected limb drops naturally, and the front, back, left and right swing exercises. Second, standing position. The upper limb drops naturally, and both shoulder joints are practiced anteriorly, posteriorly, left and right. Third, the affected limb is placed on the table, and the shoulder joint is straightened and stretched in forward flexion until it is in line with the mobility of the healthy side. Fourthly, the affected limb should be abducted and posteriorly extended, and the range of motion of the abducted limb should reach 160 degrees and the range of motion of the posteriorly extended limb should reach 90 degrees. If necessary, passive movements can be performed with the help of external forces.
