Increased and enhanced texture in both lungs mainly refers to the thickening of the texture of the pulmonary vessels. Lung texture is mainly formed by the projection of pulmonary blood vessels and airways on chest films or CT. If there are no obvious symptoms in these patients, there is no need to worry too much, as long as the CT is reviewed regularly.
