What acupuncture points can be used for menstrual cramps?

For menstrual cramps, you can stick acupuncture points such as Zhongji, Baosao, Sanyinjiao, and Blood Sea.
Zhongji: Located in the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus and on the anterior midline. It can be used for enuresis, dysuria (unsmooth urination), retention of urine (dribbling or inability to urinate), spermatorrhea, impotence, infertility, menstrual disorders, metrorrhagia (excessive or dribbling menstruation), yin ting (prolapsed uterus of a woman or even prolapsing out of the vaginal opening), and yin itching.
Bajiao: Located in the sacral region, Bajiao is an acupoint of the Foot Solar Bladder Meridian, which is known to tonify the kidneys, strengthen the muscles and bones, regulate menstruation and stop leucorrhea (regulate menstruation and reduce abnormally increased leucorrhea), and can treat menstrual cramps.
Sanyinjiao: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, at the posterior margin of the medial edge of the tibia. It can be used for intestinal tinnitus, abdominal distension, diarrhea, spermatorrhea, impotence, and all signs of Yin deficiency.
Sea of Blood: located in the anterior femoral region, 2 inches above the medial end of the patellar base, at the elevation of the medial femoral (inner thigh) muscle. It can be used for irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, cryptorchid rash, eczema, tansy (acute infectious disease, visible reddening of the skin as if painted), and pain in the inner side of the knee and femur.
If dysmenorrhea occurs, you should go to the hospital in time, and be treated by a professional doctor, not blindly self-acupuncture, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
