Only a small number of patients will be cured after resection of early malignant lung nodules, and those who fail to be cured may have recurrence. Early resection of malignant nodules in lungs is usually the early stage of lung cancer, which is treated by radical surgical resection, with better prognosis, prolonging the survival time of patients, and even some patients can be cured, but the possibility of recurrence of lung cancer cannot be ruled out afterward. Recurrence of early resection of malignant lung nodules is related to genes, heredity and other factors, which is also very common in clinic. This kind of recurrence is known as primary lung cancer, which is not necessarily related to the first malignant nodule, but there is still the possibility of the patient having a second primary lung cancer. Patients are advised to have regular medical checkups to detect lung lesions as early as possible for early treatment.
