Routine physical examinations for children include routine blood, urine, liver function, kidney function, abdominal ultrasound, including liver, gallbladder, spleen and both kidneys, as well as trace element tests and lead tests. There are some other medical examinations that are optional according to the child’s specific conditions, such as electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, vision, hearing, oral examination, oral examination mainly to see the child’s dental development and whether there are caries and other conditions that need to be dealt with. Some children may also need psychological and behavioral tests, such as attention and behavior assessment.
