When using the drug, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the drug is contraindicated in people who are allergic to sulfonamide derivatives or allergic to the components of the product; the drug should be contraindicated in patients with pregnancy, cholestatic disorders, biliary obstructive disorders, severe hepatic impairment, as well as in patients with refractory hypokalemia, hypercalcemia; the drug is used with caution in athletes; it is not possible to use the drug and aliskiren at the same time in patients with diabetes mellitus or nephrogenic insufficiency.
