Bladder mucosa formation, also known as bladder mucosa free graft urethroplasty, is one of the surgical treatment options for hypospadias. Bladder mucosa formation is used primarily for perineal hypospadias and scrotal hypospadias, but can also be used to treat penile orthotics and urethroplasty. The procedure is performed by making surgical incisions along the coronal sulcus, the ventral side of the penis, and the middle of the lower abdomen, pulling back the bladder muscle layer and cutting enough mucosa, then placing the free bladder mucosa on the ventral side of the penis, and suturing one edge of the mucosa so that it is anchored to the corpus cavernosum of the penis between the coronal sulcus and the external urethral orifice. If the diagnosis of hypospadias is confirmed, it is necessary to actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment so as not to delay the condition. Pay attention to the perineum clean care on weekdays, regular work and rest, avoid overwork.
