Kidney deficiency is categorized into kidney qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, and kidney essence deficiency, and the specific symptoms are related to its subtypes.
1. Kidney qi deficiency: see fatigue (lack of spirit), tinnitus, lumbar and knee pain and weakness, frequent and clear urination, urinary residual leaching (after urination, there are still a few drops or a small section of urine from the urethral opening overflow), urinary incontinence, urination at night, men’s spermatozoa premature ejaculation, women’s leucorrhea is clear and sparse, the fetus is easy to slip, and so on.
Or see the coughing and wheezing of long illness, exhale more and inhale less, the gas shall not be renewed, the movement is wheezing more and more, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, a little movement sweating aggravated), God fatigue. The voice is low and timid, and the waist and knees are sore and weak.
2. Kidney yin deficiency: it refers to the deficiency of kidney yin and loss of nourishment, manifested by symptoms such as heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest), dry throat and red cheekbones (reddish color in the cheeks and zygomatic bones), emaciation, dizziness and tinnitus, hot flashes and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, and stopping of sweating after waking up), and so on.
3. Kidney yang deficiency: it refers to the deficiency of kidney yang, the body loses its warmth, manifesting symptoms such as coldness, cold limbs, lower limbs, or cold libido, impotence, spermatorrhea of men, leucorrhea, nocturia, and so on.
4. Kidney essence deficiency: refers to the loss of kidney essence, brain and bone, marrow loss of full, manifested in children’s development delay, short stature, men’s sperm infertility, women’s menstrual closure and infertility; hair loss, teeth shake, forgetfulness and trance and other symptoms.
