Mycosis fungoides can be treated either vaginally or orally. Commonly used vaginal medications include Dacronin suppositories, Clotrimazole vaginal tablets, Diazotide suppositories and Mycophenolate, all of which can be used vaginally. Oral medications include Fluconazole and Daflucan. Mycotic vaginitis is mainly in prevention. You should wash your vulva with warm water every day, change your underwear and wear cotton loose underwear, not tight and airless underwear, because mycobacteria tend to reproduce and recur in a humid environment, making it easy to get mycotic vaginitis. During the treatment, you must prohibit sexual intercourse, do not eat spicy food, and keep your vulva clean and hygienic.
