Is leukemia related to vaccinations?

Leukemia has nothing to do with vaccinations.
Leukemia is a type of cancer located in the blood-forming tissues, including the bone marrow and lymphatic system. Leukemia is due to the uncontrolled growth of hematopoietic stem cells in the body. Currently, the pathogenesis of leukemia is still unclear, and it may be that the DNA of certain blood cells is mutated, and the possible causative factors include industrial pollution, genetic factors, environmental factors, and radioactive substances.
Most of the vaccines in China are inactivated vaccines, such as hepatitis B and A vaccines, which use intact (or modified) and killed (inactivated) copies of the virus. Because they are inactivated vaccines, they do not replicate in the body and cause disease, but only allow the body to produce antibodies against the virus.
