Panax ginseng and E ginseng are both known as Tian Qi. If Panax ginseng is used in crab stew, it can dissipate blood stasis, soothe tendons and relieve pain, etc. If E ginseng is used in crab stew, it can strengthen the spleen, tonify the kidneys, and relieve pain.
Panax ginseng can disperse blood stasis, stop bleeding, reduce swelling and relieve pain (eliminate swelling and pain). It is used for hemoptysis, hematemesis, epistaxis, hematochezia, metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dripping), traumatic bleeding, stabbing pain in the chest and abdomen, and swelling and pain in bruises and beatings.
E ginseng can benefit qi, strengthen spleen, invigorate blood circulation and relieve pain, used for abdominal distension due to spleen deficiency, fatigue with little food, coughing and asthma due to lung deficiency, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating when moving a little), frequent nocturia in the elderly, oedema due to deficiency of qi, lumbar pain due to straining, headache, menstrual cramps, and bruises due to falls.
Crab can tonify the kidneys, diuretic and relax the tendons, and is used for kidney disease, edema, dysuria (unsmooth urination), and cramps in the lower legs.
Whether the crab is stewed with Panax ginseng or E ginseng, although both can play a certain medicinal role, the efficacy is limited. Crab should not be used by those who suffer from wind disease and coldness in the spleen and stomach, and pregnant women should not use Panax ginseng and Panax ginseng.
It is recommended to use the medicine under the guidance of a doctor.
