There is no simplest way to determine pneumoconiosis. At present, it is mainly judged by physical examination, routine examination, pulmonary function examination, imaging examination and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. 1. Physical examination: patients may have barrel-shaped chest and decreased breath sounds in both lungs. 2. Routine examination: there is no abnormality in general, but when combined with infection, the blood routine will be abnormal. 3. Lung function test: to determine the degree of damage to lung function. 4. Imaging examination: to determine whether pneumoconiosis belongs to pneumoconiosis, X-ray chest film can be used. The chest film of pneumoconiosis is mainly characterized by small irregular shadows, which appear highly intensive. Some typical patients also have symmetrical changes. 5. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy: Smaller traumatic tissues can be taken directly through fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and special pathological examination methods, such as staining methods, can effectively extract fibrosis information as an auxiliary diagnostic method. The above methods can be used to determine whether pneumoconiosis belongs to pneumoconiosis or not, and it is necessary to select a hospital specialized in occupational diseases for consultation.
