Acne is classified into whiteheads (closed pimples), which are yellow sebaceous plugs, and blackheads (open pimples), which are oxidized sebaceous plugs and are a type of acne. Acne around the nose can be removed through general treatment, topical medication, and complementary therapies.
1. General treatment: For general treatment, choose water or suitable cleansing products to remove excess oil, flakes and bacterial mixtures from the skin surface, pay attention to oil control and moisturizing, and use mild moisturizing milk externally. Avoid squeezing and scratching the skin lesions with hands. Limit the intake of high glycemic index foods and milk that may trigger or aggravate acne, keep bowel movement smooth, and avoid staying up all night.
2. Topical medication: Adapalene and other retinoids can be used topically. Initial use will appear local irritation, such as erythema, flaking, tightness and burning sensation, should be used in low concentration or a small range of light avoidance.
3. Adjunctive treatment: the contents of the acne can be squeezed out with an acne squeezer; chemical peeling therapy can also be used as an adjunctive treatment, and common peeling agents include fruit acid, salicylic acid, hydroxyacetic acid and so on.
