If the vaginal flow is yellow, clinically it may be caused by local inflammation of the vagina, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and vesicovaginal fistula, as follows: 1. Local inflammation of the vagina: it causes a lot of exudation, so there will be a lot of yellow water flowing out of the vagina; 2. Cancer of the cervix: local necrosis of cancerous tissues will lead to a lot of watery discharge with bad odor; 3. Endometrial cancer: cancer of the uterus This is the most common cause of vaginal yellow discharge in clinical practice. 4. Vesicovaginal fistula: yellow discharge is often uncontrolled and will come out of the vagina spontaneously, often as urine, and it is recommended to do the corresponding examination for diagnosis.
