What’s wrong with high protein in urine?

Common causes of high urine protein: The first is physiological. For example, after strenuous exercise or in patients with fever, there is an increase in protein in the urine, but this protein is often transient and disappears after a while. The second high protein in the urine is often seen in infections. For example, infections caused by urinary tract infections or syphilis can lead to high protein in the urine, but after anti-infection treatment the urine protein can often turn negative. The third is common proteinuria, a kidney disease caused by kidney disease, can be divided into primary kidney disease and secondary kidney disease. Primary kidney disease is seen in glomerular disease and tubular disease, the most common clinically is chronic glomerulonephritis; for secondary kidney disease common diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis, all can lead to high proteinuria.
