Minimally invasive surgery for intraductal papilloma, i.e., minimally invasive surgery for breast intraductal papilloma surgery, focuses on removing the localized tumor through breast ductoscopy. Breast ductoscopy has two advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of intraductal papilloma, namely, clear diagnosis and accurate localization. With this technique, the surgical incision is hidden, the resection area is small, and the shape is less damaged, which can better accomplish the minimally invasive treatment of intraductal papillomatous lesions. Most of the intraductal papillomas, if they are to be treated completely, should be treated by a segmental mastectomy, which is a classical open surgery. It has to be done by staining the breast ducts, with methylene blue, and then following the staining by removing all the blue-stained segments together, which leads to a better eradication of intraductal papillomas. It is recommended that you should pay attention to local hygiene and care to avoid bacterial infection when doing the surgery. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and don’t eat spicy and stimulating food.
