Is the Fengchi point on the bile meridian?

Fengchi point, belongs to the foot Shaoyang bile meridian. It is located in the posterior region of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the upper end of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle. It is mainly used for treating stroke, epilepsy, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, deafness, cold, nasal congestion, eye redness, swelling and pain, crookedness of the mouth and eyes, and strong pain in the neck. In modern times, it is often used to treat hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, neurasthenia, epilepsy, colds, optic nerve atrophy, retinal hemorrhage, rhinitis, cervical spondylosis, insomnia, frozen shoulder, stroke, hemiplegia (inability to move one side of the limb at will), and dysphagia. Note that if needling of the Fengchi point is required, it needs to be operated by a specialized doctor.
